Jennifer Evans 
Lead Coach

Jennifer is a certified UESCA running and ultra running coach and an ultra trail runner.  She loves taking part in challenging mountain running events in Europe and long-distance trail runs in the United States. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cycling, and swimming.

Melody Schoenfeld
Lead Coach

Melody has held national records in all 3 lifts in powerlifting and currently competes in strongman, gripsport, and mas wrestling. She is also well-known for old-time strongman feats of strength like steel bending, breaking locks and chains, tearing phone books, and is involved in training for Highland Games. 

Isabella Santicchia
Coach

Isabella will always have a special place in her heart for Powerlifting, being the sport that introduced her to the weight room.  More than that, it taught her how rewarding and empowering it is to train for strength- to fuel your body and build it up.

Cynthia Kulikowski
Coach

Like many of my clients, you sometimes fail to learn and grow.  I learned how NOT to train, in both running, lifting, and cross training first.  My thirst for knowledge and science background lead me to educate myself on not only how to train myself and educate myself but others too. My path as an endurance athlete has led me to run over 90 races of various distances, 20 being marathons or longer over the course of more than a decade to include being a Boston Qualified Runner. I had the honor of running Boston in 2019.

Took 1st and made the US National Team at 2021 USAPL Raw National.  US raw Nationals is an experience that everybody should aim for. You get to lift among the best powerlifters in the country, it is exceedingly well run, and always a great time. Lifting has massively improved my self confidence.
