If you are a current client, you can upgrade from nutrition to training within your main portal dashboard. Please note that upgrading to training will reset your contract length (dependent on the plan you've chosen to upgrade to), and that if you are a current training client looking to downgrade to nutrition, you will not be able to do so until your training contract length has been satisfied.
In order to upgrade, click the 3 dots pictured below and select change to a different program:
From there, you'll see the options available to you, along with the prorated upgrade fee. Simply select the option you want and follow the prompts. Simple as that!
