Do I really have to weigh & track everything?

When you’re driving a car, you don’t have to look at the speedometer, but it’s the only way to know for certain how many MPH/KPH you're traveling.

The same concept applies to tracking your macros. You don’t have to weigh and track everything, but if you don’t, you’ll be playing a guessing game. You won’t have a precise understanding of how many calories you’re consuming. 

With that said, if tracking & weighing your food is not the most conducive or suitable approach for your lifestyle, talk to your coach about other possible methods. We may be called Macros Inc., but we're not macros only!
