Ideally, yes. Weighing yourself daily allows us to take the 7-day average, which we are then able to chart out week to week. This gives us much better insight into where your weight is headed and whether you're on the right track. Because your weight fluctuates daily, it is impossible to discern progress from one day to the next. When viewed from a week-to-week basis, however, it becomes much easier to see.
